Objective: To train selected students of Escalante National High School about Personal Computer Operations.

-Display Settings Configuration
-Starting Applications

B. Software Basics
-Installing/Uninstalling of Software
-Making Software Executable Shortcuts
-Changing Software Executable Icons
-Keeping your Software Safe
-Anti-Virus Installation and Scanning

C. PC Assembly/Troubleshooting
-Hardware Components Assembly
-Basic Troubleshooting using:
-DXDIAG
-Device Manager
-Task Manager
-OS Repair

II. Training Design Setup

III. Method
The team will be using a process in which the speaker leads the flow meanwhile the participants are clustered and facilitators are disseminated in each cluster to assist, and furthermore discuss the report of the speaker.

The team will provide a PowerPoint presentation in each topic and will also provide actual demos. Certificates will be given after the seminar.


IV. Summary

It is known that after the training needs survey, the Personal Computer Operation is 2nd in priority but since there is no internet connection in the area it has been agreed that the team shall make PC Operation as the priority. We envision that the students will learn basic computer operation in the end of the training. Since, we only have 2 meetings given to us by school’s administration we hope to equip our listeners with enough knowledge.
